This year’s Halloween Party at VFW Post 1760 was a great time for all that attended! Karaoke, Potluck with great food, Costume contest and specialty drinks added to the fun night. Patrons upon entry were first welcomed with a spooky entrance followed by the wallowing sound of those singing Karaoke.
Karaoke was held by Scott & Michelle with their fantastic job coordinating the music and being MC for the crowd of ghouls and goblins that ran late into the night – thank you both! This with the annual costume contest at the canteen with winners for scariest, most original, and best put together couple. Each winning category was awarded $30 cash!
Featured drinks included Zombie’s & Poison Apples, Brain Hemorrhages & Smoking Skull shooters, Purple Raven, Candy Corn & Fire Orange Ciders Jello Shots with our Brian serving and Sara waitressing for our patrons. Also was the festive contributions of our Potluck with good eats enjoyed by all that ate.
Much thanks to those who came out, participated with both costumes and potluck contributions, our fantastic Karaoke crew, and our Volunteers behind the bar. We’re already looking forward to next year!
