Bill has been in the Military for 37 years and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 in 2018. He is a past Commander of the DAV, Chapter 8 here in Mesa, AZ. He has many years of writing VBA claims, Widows Pensions, and appealing previous denials by the VBA. He is one of the few Service Officers in the state that has a through understanding of 38 CFR and 38 USC and producing outstanding results. He was also was SWAT Incident Commander and Academy Director for the state of Indiana.
