VFW Post 1760 takes pride in being involved in a number of youth programs. Those programs include the following:

• VFW Patriot’s Pen Scholarship program
• VFW Voice of Democracy Scholarship program
• VFW Teacher of the Year
• VFW Scout of the Year (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Venture Crew & Sea Scouts)
• Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) – college level
• Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps (JROTC) – high school level
• U.S. Naval Sea Cadets Corps – Black Eagles Squadron
• East Valley Young Marines
• Boy Scouts
